WELCOME TO THE GRIND

 

 

GRIND Fitness is a hybrid of Personal Training and Group Classes, allowing members to receive more personalized attention and customized workouts.

 

Every class is 60 minutes of total body interval training, combining weights, equipment, and resistance training. Your workout comes to life while training all major muscle groups through movement with purpose, building endurance, strength, balance, speed, agility, reaction time, and overall fitness.

 

The high-energy, interactive training method pushes your limits with complete strength and cardio conditioning in one session burning maximum calories and fat. Functional movement focuses on movement with purpose, training your body for the actions you perform daily. Rather than isolate a single muscle, the workout strengthens your muscle groups together, increasing efficiency and reducing your risk of injury. 

PRAMA

GRIND FITNESS is the first workout in FLORIDA to utilize the PRAMA system. It is a 60-minute, high-intensity, circuit-based, functional and strength training class that improves muscle memory using advanced technology.


We define "Circuit Training" as an opportunity to invoke a larger range of movement merged with the dynamic energy from group training.  

   
When you enjoy your activity, that leads to a change in lifestyle.  A lifestyle outside the four walls of a gym within our clients' communities.  Rarely do we get fit clients training with friends who are beginners, the variable here is the intensity level.  

 

Inducing desire to exercise is one thing, sustaining that attention span is another.  Development of intrinsic motivation comes from how much you enjoy something that is the essential inspiration of The Grind. We want to inspire people setting time aside for exercise and enjoy doing so. 
 

Strength Training

Strength training is a type of physical exercise specializing in the use of resistance to induce muscular contraction which builds strength, anaerobic endurance, and size of skeletal muscles.  From a physiological perspective, strength is the ability to activate muscle motor neurons and their attached muscle fibers to generate the force necessary to achieve a specific outcome. 
 
We define “Strength Training” as a type of physical exercise to strengthen the musculoskeletal system through multi-dimensional patterns. 
 
One of the more common reasons why majority of the population either slip into a rut or are simply not motivated to address this essential method to longevity, is boredom. Attracting this group led to GRIND FITNESS as a solution.  Retaining our members boils down to our role as trainers; professionals who are positive influencers enforcing this purpose, while fundamentally fostering the organ system through unrestricted, multi-planar motion.

Testing

Testing is another component of our overall fitness philosophy. Through your Metabolic Test results, we are able to truly individualize your approach to fitness training.

 

We utilize VO2Max Testing, Body Composition Testing, Resting Metabolic Testing, and even progress tracking with body scan technology to offer both the best in approach and fitness tracking - based on you as an individual.

We'll determine exactly how many calories you need to burn to lose weight or gain weight based off of your personal caloric results.

 We'll eliminate scale phobias by determining exactly how much MUSCLE you put on, and exactly how much FAT you are burning.

Getting Started

Getting started with us is easy and can take place here online, in person, or over the phone. Everyone can see what GRIND Fitness is all about with a free intro class.

 

The Process Simplified:

 

  1. Schedule Free Trial Class.

  2. Sign-up in our system at the gym.

  3. Week 1 schedule metabolic testing.

  4. Review results, discuss your goals, and discuss your individualized program.

  5. Start your individualized program.

  6. In 1 month test again, review, and adjust your training accordingly.
